Red Velvet Mojito Sparkler | Tea Cocktails
This mouth-watering mocktail is a blend of our zingy, crisp Hope & Glory Red Velvet infusion, matched with the equally piquant flavours of lime, mint and sweet agarve nectar.
Take it up a notch with a slug of white Bacardi rum.
200ml (7fl oz) boiled water
5 mint leaves
2 tbsps. agarve nectar
4 tbsps. fresh lime juice
600ml (21fl oz) cups sparkling water
INFUSE teabags and mint in 200ml of boiling water, in a heat-resistant jug, for 5 minutes.
REMOVE teabags and mint, or strain if loose. Cool to room temperature then stir in agarve nectar and fresh lime juice.
COMBINE cooled infusion with sparkling water and pour over ice to serve.
Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint.
(Can also be served with rum or gin for an alcoholic variation)
